Useful info
C₅H₁₀ does not represent a unique molecule.
Possibilities include:
• 1-pentene: CH₂=CH–CH₂–CH₂–CH₃
• 2-pentene: CH₃–CH=CH–CH₂–CH₃
• 2-methyl-1-butene
• 3-methyl-1-butene
• 2-methyl-2-butene
• cyclopentane
• methylcyclobutane
• ethylcyclopropane
• 1,1-dimethylcyclopropane
• 1,2-dimethylcyclopropane
In the context of a refrigerant, I’m going with cyclopentane.
No mention of the flammable C2H5OH.
Or that the machine is rather conspicuously equipped with its own substantial supply of fire suppressant, H2O.
