A science degree is an odd beast.

An undergraduate degree simply provides one with a lot of information but it does not make one a scientist.

For that a research degree is needed.

Even with a research degree there are many that can only call themselves scientist in a small silo of activity.

The better scientists can apply themselves in many fields.

Unlike undergraduate degrees, post graduate degrees aren’t graded. You either get one or you don’t.

They badly need grading.
