They can’t be serious. Trump paid for confidentiality, which is clearly a legal expense. He didn’t pay her $130k for sex, but just to sign the confidentiality agreement. Which somehow she hasn’t honoured anyway.
In any case, it’s an odd country where it is against election law to pay a blackmailing prostitute. Says more about the US than it does about Trump.
I’m not sure why he bothered to keep it quiet in any case. It might have helped his popularity.
Which makes me think he’s not as in control of the wheel as some think.
If not, his luck will run out eventually.
